Building a Digital "Medical Home": The Town & Village Pediatrics Redesign
Published on January 29, 2026 by Andrew Elbaneh

For a pediatric practice, a website isn’t just a brochure—it’s a lifeline for parents. Whether it's 2:00 a.m. with a sick toddler or a busy Monday morning trying to schedule an appointment, accessibility is everything.
We recently partnered with Town & Village Pediatrics in Williamsville to ensure their digital presence was as supportive and accessible as their medical care.
The Challenge: A Digital "Medical Home"
Town & Village is known for its "Medical Home" approach, providing personalized, patient-centered care for families from infancy through young adulthood. They needed a website that reflected this philosophy—one that wasn't just about "booking appointments," but about providing a trusted resource for families.
Parents needed quick access to:
- Same-day sick visit information.
- Dosage charts for common medications.
- After-hours physician availability.
The Solution: Speed & Clarity
We migrated the practice to a high-performance Next.js and Tailwind CSS stack. In healthcare, speed isn't a luxury; it's a necessity. No parent should have to wait for a loading spinner when they are looking for urgent care information.
Key Improvements
- Instant Load Times: By leveraging static generation, key pages load instantly on any device.
- Mobile-First Design: Recognizing that most parents are browsing on their phones—often with one hand while holding a child—we prioritized a seamless mobile experience.
- Resource Navigation: We restructured their patient resources, making forms, doctor bios, and policies intuitive to find.
Our goal was to create a site that feels as warm and professional as the practice itself.
The Result
The new Town & Village Pediatrics website is now a robust digital tool that enhances the patient experience. It stands as a testament to the fact that local healthcare providers can (and should) have world-class technology backing them up.
